Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR benefits-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.
- Provide project management support, including tracking timelines, managing risks, and preparing reports for stakeholders.
- Oversee the RFP/RFI process, vendor selection, and implementation of new platforms or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create communication and change management strategies that enhance employee engagement.
- Participate in content creation for presentations, communications, and project updates.
- 5 years of project management experience, preferably within Human Resources.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in leading RFP/RFI processes and vendor transitions.
- Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
