As a Sourcer, you will be critical in identifying and engaging top-tier candidates to support various departments, including supply chain, IT, and production manufacturing. Starting with a focus on sourcing, you will gradually transition into conducting initial interviews and partnering closely with hiring leaders to meet strategic talent needs.
Worksite Location: Golden Valley, MN - Hybrid (1-2 days onsite weekly). Only Minnesota/Twin Cities based candidates will be considered.

- Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand position requirements and team needs.
- Strategically source passive and active candidates using a variety of platforms and techniques.
- Build and manage pipelines for supply chain, IT, and production manufacturing roles.
- Conduct screening interviews and provide detailed candidate assessments.
- Ensure a smooth handoff to recruiters and hiring managers for subsequent steps.
- Leverage applicant tracking systems to document and track candidate progress.
- 3 years of sourcing and talent acquisition experience, focusing on technical and manufacturing roles.
- Strong ability to proactively engage and build relationships with candidates.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with an eye for detail.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Oracle experience preferred).
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
