Due to company growth, Versique is working exclusively with a highly regarded manufacturing organization in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. This new Product Manager will deliver go-to-market strategy, VOC, manage product process, messaging, communications, product positioning, ultimately driving further adoption and growth. The successful candidate will also collaborate closely with Mechanical Engineers, Production, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and enablement initiatives.
Roles And Responsibilities
Travel: 15% domestic and eventually international.
Salary: $95k-$130k/yr. base salary depending on experience plus bonus

Roles And Responsibilities
- Strategize and develop product portfolio along with competitive analysis, insights, positioning and distribution, customer demand, portfolio development, go-to-market planning, and sales enablement.
- Research and analyze industry, channel, and competitive market, demonstrating knowledge of customer requirements, trends, and competitive product positioning.
- Perform market research to drive the strategic direction of end-user segmentation, new product development, pricing/positioning of products, channel to market, and promotional strategies.
- Develop knowledge and expertise on the market needs, technology developments, field sales information, and voice of customer (VOC) data.
- Work closely with all company areas, including Regional Sales Managers, Marketing and Communication Team members, Engineering, Sourcing, and Supply Chain.
- Draft product goals, timelines, and deliverables to ensure product readiness for release and launch.
- Innovate new products, adding to the portfolio, driving revenue and market differentiation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering. Bonus points if you have a Master's degree.
- HVAC Field / Industry experience a PLUS .
- 5-7 years of product marketing, industrial or commercial building materials manufacturing environment.
- Experience gathering insights from the field, customer visits, tradeshows and sales, and meetings.
- Thorough understanding of executing strategies, providing insights from performance metrics.
- Must be culturally aware and build constructive and effective relationships across the organization.
- A positive attitude focused on understanding, anticipating, and responding to the needs of our customers, individual departments, and organization.
