The Associate Coordinator Marketing is expected to work in a fast-paced, high-volume capacity and work cross-functionally with members of our operations, recruitment, and marketing departments. This role specifically supports consumer-facing segments of the business, with a strong focus on organization and attention to detail to complete tasks both accurately and within the required timeframes.

Responsibilities
- Utilizes part-time hours assigned to their fullest to complete tasks.
- Assists in the communication and coordination of assigned projects.
- Partners with people and teams across the organization and identifies appropriate resources for the coordination, delivery, and completion of all projects assigned.
- Leverages existing tools and systems to perform assigned tasks, as well as identifies and implements improvements to achieve organizational goals.
- Assists with administrative tasks to support various special projects.
- Completes tasks and processes according to stringent timelines.
- Enables customer service standards of the department and Versiti.
- Communicates clearly and respectfully with customers, donors, and colleagues, sharing all necessary information.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification
- Understands and performs in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements
- Complies with all standard operating policies and procedures
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years progressive responsibility in organizational administrative tasks required
- 1-3 years sales and marketing experience preferred
- Understanding of business administration and marketing principles preferred
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal required
- Ability to be customer-focused and follow through on requests in a timely manner required
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail required
- Ability to understand instructions quickly and accurately and then work independently on assignments required
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately required
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of diverse, cross-functional teams required
- Critical thinking and proactive problem solving required
