Compensation
We offer competitive compensation with starts at $17/hr., plus evening and weekend shift differentials. Additionally, skill-based pay increases are available as you complete advanced phlebotomy training and grow in your role.
Job Description
As a phlebotomist, your responsibilities will include preparing collection sites, performing equipment setup, and conducting accurate medical interviews to determine donor eligibility. You will also perform venipunctures/blood draws, ensure donor safety, and rebook donors for future appointments.

- Performs accurate medical interviews to determine donor eligibility, performs venipunctures/blood draws, ensures donor safety, and rebooks donors for future appointments
- Observes and responds to donor questions, concerns, and reactions appropriately
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Drivers License
- Willingness to undergo a background check that includes criminal check, motor vehicle check, education verification, employment verification, and a drug screen
- Ability to work a variable schedule including early mornings, late days/evenings, weekends, and holidays. We require open availability from 4 am - 10 pm. Schedule provided three weeks in advance.
