Duties And Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
- Conducts operational observations and layered product audits across multiple divisions.
- KPI Board update for Quality Section
- Perform monthly GMP Audits
- Conduct Cycle Count audits.
- Assists with physical inventories.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of Department Operating Procedures (DOPs) for new and existing customers.
- Assist with researching and resolving customer claims and relays relevant information to the Quality Manager.
- Support Operations with inventory supervisor recount and adjustment investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions using six sigma methodology.
- Collects, maintains, and analyzes quality-related data to identify trends and conditions that may negatively impact the quality of the product.
- Documents and implements methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection.
- Reports quality issues, trends, and losses to management.
- Maintains all quality records and documentation.
- Demonstrates continuous effort to improve inventory, operations, decrease turnaround times and streamline work processes.
- Provides backup support to Quality Manager, as required.
- Participates in customer review meetings.
- Operates Material Handling Equipment, as required.
- Support external GMP and other external audits. (ISO, AIB, FDA, ABC, USDA)
- Strives for continuous improvements in production processes where applicable.
- 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse role; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the company.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills; strong attention to detail and ability/initiative to problem solve.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and aptitude to learn company-specific software (High Jump, Inspection, etc.)
- Ability to travel to multiple facilities.
- Material Handling Equipment driving experience preferred.
- RF Device experience preferred.
