Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies for clients
- Conduct performance reviews, training, and coaching for team members
- Conduct client quality control visits and resolve operational challenges
- Plan and delegate order fulfillment and recruiting
- Hold quarterly business reviews and manage strategic client interactions
- Create and execute sales strategies, hold sales meetings, and conduct pipeline sales calls
- Maintain relationships through outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients
