Position Overview: In this role, you'll be responsible for managing key Managed Service Provider (MSP) accounts, ensuring compliance, analyzing data, and supporting branches in fulfilling client orders. You'll balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and work both independently and in collaboration with various teams.
This position requires strong problem-solving skills, confidence in communicating with senior leadership and program managers, and the ability to track and report key performance metrics.
You will:
Manage MSP Client Accounts: Conduct audits, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain strong relationships with key program managers and corporate accounts.
Analyze & Report Data: Pull and evaluate reports from various systems, track key performance metrics, and assist in quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
Support Operations & Compliance: Onboard new client accounts, set up job postings, and ensure branches have the resources to fulfill job orders efficiently.
Communicate & Problem-Solve: Participate in supplier calls, relay critical information, address compliance concerns, and proactively resolve issues related to new job orders.
- Work as a team: Support recruiters and branch teams by ensuring they have the information need to fulfill client orders effectively.

You have:
- 2-3 years of experience in an office, staffing, or administrative environment.
- Proven success in building relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Experience with MSP or VMS platforms is a plus!
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interacting with senior leadership, program managers, and branches
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset—you don't just report issues, you solve them
- A structured and detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring compliance and operational accuracy.
Pay: $28.00-$32.00/hour
Location: Onsite role in Greater Seattle area (various office locations available, space permitting)
