Position Overview: In this role, you'll be helping to manage high-volume accounts, as well as fulfilling client orders and problem-solving. At Verstela, we're looking for someone who can balance urgency with quality, communicate with clarity and confidence, and handle the fast-paced world of staffing. While effective email communication is important, you'll spend a significant portion of your day on the phone, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Previous experience in a team lead or similar role will help you be successful, as this role does include a lot of communication, including having difficult conversations and being able to deliver tough news with kindness and empathy.
You will:
- Manage high-volume accounts and ensure client needs are met with speed and accuracy.
- Interview and onboard candidates—you'll be speaking with a lot of people, so being direct and efficient is key.
- Select the right candidates for the right roles based on skills, work ethic, and fit.
- Handle reference and background checks with precision.
- Problem-solve on the fly—this job requires critical thinking and the ability to navigate tough conversations professionally.

You have:
- 1 years of supervisory (lead) experience in customer service or sales – retail leadership experience translates well
- Professional and direct communication skills—you don't beat around the bush, but you do it with tact.
- Confidence on the phone – You're comfortable initiating conversations and keeping them productive, not just relying on emails.
- Strong problem-solving skills—this is not a passive, order-taking role.
- MS Office proficiency and can pick up new systems quickly.
- Reliable transportation for weekly client site visits.
Pay: $24.00-$29.00/hour monthly bonus
