As a Business Outreach Specialist, you'll be on the phone, making outbound calls to businesses. Your goal? To ask smart questions, uncover key decision-makers, and help set up those first conversations for our sales team.
You'll get hands-on training, plenty of support, and real-time feedback to help you grow. The team is fun, driven, and always rooting for each other. Everyone has their own goals, but there's a shared energy that keeps things moving forward. Music's playing, progress is tracked, and wins—big or small—don't go unnoticed.
You don't need sales experience or a polished pitch. If you're confident, curious, and like the idea of solving mini puzzles all day long—you'll do well here.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Make 100–200 outbound calls per day to businesses—not job seekers or customers
- Ask questions to gather key information and identify the right contact
- Qualify 30–40 leads per day and set appointments for our sales team
- Track your activity and stay focused on daily and weekly goals
Schedule: Full-time and Part-time schedules are available
Full-time: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Part-time: Flexible schedule, Monday – Friday between 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (16-30 hours per week—you choose your hours)

Pay: $24.00 per hour
