- Manage a team of four QA direct reports, conducting one-on-one meetings and ongoing training. \n\n\n\n
- Oversee chemical and physical analysis of products, ingredients, and control samples, ensuring adherence to lab procedures and addressing any deviations. \n\n\n\n
- Complete Event Reports for non-conforming results. \n\n\n\n
- Oversee instrument calibration and preventive maintenance for lab equipment. \n\n\n\n
- Develop and maintain the Environmental Monitoring Program. \n\n\n\n
- Ensure compliance with all written procedures. \n\n\n\n
- Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.\n\n\n \n\nPay : $80,000 - $85,000 per year \n\n\n
- DOE \n\n\n \n\nSchedule : Monday - Friday, 3 : 00pm - 12 : 30am \n\n\n
- Will train on day shift for your first 2 weeks \n\n\n \n\nQuality Assurance Supervisor Requirements : \n\n\n
- At least 2 years of quality assurance experience in the manufacturing industry. \n\n\n\n
- Experience in a lead or supervisory role \n\n\n\n\n
- Ability to follow strict Good Manufacturing Practice Guidelines \n\n\n\n
