Quality Control Technician / Floor Inspector

Job Duties :
- Conduct visual inspections on processed, machined, and assembled parts to identify defects and imperfections.
- Ensure all necessary inspection devices, prints, routings, and checklists are readily available at work centers.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and advanced testing equipment to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Collaborate closely with drawings, blueprints, and part specifications to maintain quality standards.
- Set up jobs and green tag them for production, ensuring seamless workflow.
- Perform random sampling inspections to maintain quality control.
- Thoroughly document inspection results and complete inspection reports.
- Check incoming materials and maintain organized files.
- Conduct gauge calibration to uphold accuracy standards.
Schedule : Initial training on 1st shift (3-12 months) : Monday to Friday from 5 : 00am 3 : 00pm, with Saturdays from 5 : 00am 10 : 00am Transition to 2nd shift : Monday to Friday from 3 : 00pm to 1 : 00am, with a mid-shift on Saturdays from 10 : 00am 3 : 00pm.
Pay Rate : $1 7 .00 - $ 19 .00
