Safety Coordinator Role at Luxury Furniture Staging Company
Our luxury interior design studio is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to join our warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on daily compliance of safety inspections, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to provide regular safety training, focusing on best practices and emergency procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all safety-related information, providing clear guidance and support.
- Analyze incident reports, metrics, and injury case studies to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including safety inspection results and employee training documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in safety or compliance, preferably in a warehouse setting.
- Previous experience working in a similar role, with a strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
- Comfortable working with software programs and able to analyze data to inform safety decisions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
