- Work with the sales team to handle product requests, resolve billing issues, and answer customer questions.\n
- Process customer orders, issue credits and debits, and prepare Loaner inventory for shipping.\n
- Collaborate with different departments, managers, and sales consultants to meet urgent customer needs.\n
- Count Loaner inventory regularly and update records in SAP to keep inventory accurate.\n
- Prepare and complete paperwork for billing, shipping, and fixing any discrepancies.\n Shipping Associate Job Requirements : \n\n
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs At least 1 year of recent shipping / inventory experience \n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills\n
- Computer literate and ability to learn new programs \n
