Are you ready to take charge and lead daily operations? We're seeking a dynamic individual to assist the Supervisor in our department. Take the reins in the Supervisor's absence and ensure smooth operations every step of the way.
Team Lead Job Duties :
- Delegate daily tasks to our dedicated team.
- Keep a keen eye on operations and prepare end-of-shift reports.
- Address issues promptly and work closely with the local team for continuous improvement.
- Flexibility is key! Be prepared to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Capable of handling items up to 50 lbs.
- Embrace the manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to weather and moderate loud noise levels.
Schedule : Monday -Friday 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm
Pay : $20.00 an hour
