We are seeking a dynamic and personable HR Business Partner to join our outstanding People Team. The HR Business Partner will support several departments within our organization. This person will contribute to our team to build and lead an integrated HR approach for organizational success.
Core Requirements and Responsibilities:

Act as a coach, ambassador of the Vertafore Way, analyst, change agent, and expert within support areas

Build strong partnerships with client groups at all levels of the organization to foster trust, credibility, and accountability, ensuring the business needs are met in a timely manner and with the highest level of quality

Drive business results by identifying key HR issues within the departments you support, and present recommendations and alternatives to increase effectiveness and engagement. Use data to support these initiatives

Participate in special project work in the HR function, including driving process improvement, facilitating communication, and balancing the needs of employees with the needs of the organization

Perform ad-hoc requests and assist with special projects and other initiatives as needed

Execute performance management programs and build manager capability that drives best in class performance

Work with the internal learning and development team to align initiatives to drive performance and process improvements.

Drive employee engagement through data analysis and coaching leaders to have effective action plans based on results

Work with Talent Acquisition to ensure a robust pipeline of talent is available, internally and externally, to meet current and future business needs.

Credible champion of talent: identification, development and engagement.

Assist in facilitating organizational change through business leaders. Able to assess the readiness, willingness and ability for change and modify plans accordingly.

Contribute to organization design and execute organizational changes.
