PRN Group Therapist - Collin County

Position Summary Day-to-day job functions include facilitating psychoeducational groups and process groups, completing treatment plans and updates, and active engagement with a dynamic treatment team. This team member will also assist in the development and implementation of a holistic, evidence-based curriculum that focuses on addressing patient symptoms and building necessary skills to assist our patients in connecting back to what matters most while establishing a clear path to long-term wellness. Qualifications: Education: Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or equivalent field. License: Current unencumbered clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LPC-MHSP, LADAC, or LMFT) per state of practice guidelines. Experience: Experience working with individuals who struggle with mental health and substance use, or equivalent experience. Experience working in higher levels of care (inpatient, residential, PHP, IOP). Additional Requirements: A thorough knowledge of and adherence to ethical guidelines as well as state and federal guidelines and compliance regulations (HIPAA, Mandated Reporting, etc.).
