Job Summary:

Verterim is seeking a seasoned Senior GRC Business Process Consultant focused on ServiceNow as a technology platform with IRM, ITSM, TPRM, SecOps, and ITOM experience to implement and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The individual selected for this role will be client-facing and and will be responsible for leading workshops, discovery sessions, writing stories and procedural documentation, development and configuration of global and scoped applications supporting customer requirements in a dynamic environment. Following the ServiceNow Implementation Methodology, you will implement best in class solutions including out of the box configuration, custom table development, custom application development and integrations into other applications. You will guide clients towards towards best-in-class solutions as well as help identify opportunities for future needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver workshops and training for customers looking to implement ServiceNow IRM, TPRM and SecOps
• Create training materials, documents, diagrams, and supporting materials for training and workshops, implementation guides and associated materials
• Provide recommendations for implementing most common Security Frameworks, such as NIST CSF, ISO27001, etc.
• Configure and develop solutions for customers on the NOW platform
• Configure and develop integrated solutions for customers on the NOW platform utilizing additional industry standard applications including SSO, web services integrations, import sets and table polling
• Configure and manage MID Servers as required
• Support and escalate issues and defects related to specific customer environments as required, provide incident support as required
• Develop and maintain baseline configurations and development in a code repository such as Azure GIT
• Perform system and unit testing, document results
• Develop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria and/or requirements in ServiceNow ITBM, Azure ADO or similar
• Develop documentation as required, per operational processes
• Follow the engagement model as determined by the engagement manager for projects, as needed
• Follow the ServiceNow Implementation Methodology
• Input time and expenses into Verterim’s timekeeping system on a weekly basis
• Ability to work with a remote team, communicate well (verbal and writing) via email and phone, as well as via chat applications like MS Teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field including Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• CIS – ServiceNow for GRC/IRM, VRM (TPRM), ITOM, SecOps
• CIS – ServiceNow for ITSM
• Micro-Certification for BCM
• 5 years experience with GRC/IRM required
• 5 years experience with ITSM, Asset Management (HAM/SAM), SecOps, Vulnerability, Reporting, Performance Analytics
• NOW Platform knowledge (portal, workspaces, UI)
• Desired: Working knowledge of Agile and SCRUM methodologies
