Position Overview:

Essential Functions:
Embedding a Culture of Continuous Improvement
- Champion CI Methodologies: Promote Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement frameworks through hands-on coaching, mentorship, and advocacy.
- Develop Training Programs: Design and lead training sessions that equip employees with practical tools and methodologies.
- Foster Organizational Buy-In: Collaborate with stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous improvement into daily routines and strategic objectives.
- Mentor Future Leaders: Oversee a team of Operations Leadership Fellows, ensuring they effectively drive improvement initiatives.
Strategy Integration & Alignment
- Translate Goals into Initiatives: Convert high-level organizational objectives into targeted improvement projects with clear KPIs.
- Align with Leadership: Partner with senior leaders to prioritize and sequence CI work that supports broader strategic plans.
- Ensure Long-Term Adoption: Integrate continuous improvement principles into key decision-making processes rather than relying on one-off projects.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work across teams and departments to ensure projects remain aligned and deliver maximum organizational impact.
High-Impact Projects
- Lead High-Impact Projects: Oversee enterprise-wide efforts to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance service delivery.
- Root Cause Analysis: Leverage Lean Six Sigma techniques and other problem-solving methodologies to identify and eliminate core issues.
- Facilitate Collaborative Events: Conduct Kaizen sessions, process mapping, and workshops to accelerate improvement and stakeholder engagement.
- Sustain Improvements: Implement governance structures (e.g., control plans, regular monitoring) to ensure processes remain effective over time.
Data-Driven Performance Management
- Define & Refine KPIs: Establish metrics illuminating performance gaps and uncover new improvement opportunities.
- Leverage Business Intelligence: Partner with data teams to build dashboards and reports that inform decision-making at all levels.
- Analysis: Track trends and performance data to proactively address bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
- Benchmark & Innovate: Employ advanced analytics and external benchmarks to keep continuous improvement efforts on the cutting edge.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or operational excellence.
- 3 years of experience in a leadership role, managing teams and driving organization-wide CI initiatives.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies at scale.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing enterprise-level projects.
Certifications:
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent CI certification
