- Engage with large financial services client environments and collaborate with multi-geo teams.
- Build strong relationships with Business, Product Owners, and Technology stakeholders to manage expectations and communication independently.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud architectures following industry best practices while aligning solutions with business and technology objectives.
- Cultivate consensus among executives and diverse stakeholders, balancing technical and non-technical interests to achieve agreement on technical plans.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of Business Process Management (BPM) projects, from design to implementation, with a solid grasp of BPMN 2.0.
- Optimize business processes and drive performance improvements across initiatives.
- Demonstrate expertise in designing large-scale engines, handling batch intraday and real-time processes across multiple regions.
- Architect robust solutions and provide proof of successfully completing complex architectures.
- Leverage cloud-first architecture strategies to maximize the benefits of cloud solutions.
- Ensure that cloud systems comply with security standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers, engaging directly with clients to define and deploy secure, scalable, and reliable cloud solutions.
- Present architectural designs, roadmaps, and progress updates effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
