Second Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Summary of the key responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage employee performance through coaching, training, motivation, and maintaining employee files
- Conduct interviews, train new hires on site-specific and role-specific duties, and demonstrate safe equipment operations and work procedures
- Enforce regulations related to safety, sanitation, housekeeping, and compliance with landlord and DEP requirements
- Direct and coordinate production staff activities, resolve worker problems, and ensure proper staffing of all productive areas
- Handle light administrative and technical tasks, and oversee shipping and receiving operations
- Coordinate commodity shipments, manage ongoing facility destruction, and ensure quality control
- Prepare and send daily reports, including inbound/outbound logs, labor reports, physical inventory, compliance checklists, and pH logging
- Manage payroll controls and work hours, adhering to schedules and addressing employee time discrepancies
- Inspect materials, products, and equipment for defects or malfunctions, with a focus on aluminum bale quality
- Monitor and adjust pH balances, maintaining consistent documentation and adherence to standards
- Plan work schedules, production sequences, and interpret technical documents and company policies
- Maintain consistent operations data, recommend personnel actions, and set up and adjust machines and equipment
- Optimize resource management by minimizing overtime, ensuring staff morale and attendance consistency
- Bilingual Spanish is a Plus
