Technical Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in application development using C#, ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI, jQuery, JavaScript, and Object-Oriented Programming.
- 3 years of experience with .NET Core, Agile methodologies, writing unit tests.
- Expertise in implementing design patterns and using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Domain Driven Design, Messaging, and Command-Event frameworks.
- Proven leadership experience in guiding agile teams with a solid understanding of Scrum development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of cloud computing and NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Familiarity with web browser behaviors and constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Gain a quick understanding of the business domain and user stories for the agile team.
- Collaborate with product teams in grooming and sizing user stories.
- Assist developers and testers with technical approaches and story sizing.
- Conduct code and test plan reviews, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot front-end and back-end development issues.
- Maintain high standards for coding quality and team output.
- Support release activities and ensure smooth deployment of user stories.
