Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Executive to lead and execute successful Data Center projects. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, collaborator, and leader, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, coordinating with staff across all departments.
- Lead all aspects of the sales process, including estimating, proposal creation, contract review, client meetings, and finalizing sales.
- Supervise project execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Develop budget projections, monitor costs, and manage financial controls.
- Maintain clear and effective communication through memos, contracts, change orders, and strategic documentation to uphold best practices and legal compliance.
- Represent the company professionally, fostering positive relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and industry partners.
- Attend internal sales and construction meetings and coordinate pre-construction job meetings with key stakeholders.
- Directly supervise Project Engineers, Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and on-site personnel.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
