With a commitment to innovation, efficiency, and sustainability, they are expanding their presence in the region and seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead multiple high-profile projects.
Position Overview:
The Senior Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple hyperscale data center projects in the region. This individual will play a key leadership role, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large-scale data center construction, exceptional project management skills, and a track record of successfully managing complex builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end construction process for multiple hyperscale data center projects.
- Oversee general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and operations, to drive seamless project delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Provide leadership in resolving construction-related issues and optimizing project efficiencies.
- Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on project progress and challenges.
- Conduct site visits and quality assurance checks to uphold the highest standards in construction execution.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale construction projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling, and cost control practices.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience working with hyperscale or colocation data center developers is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
Salary : $175,000 - $200,000
