This position is for a full-time role as a Community Manager working in the Florence, KY area. Your role would be handling the day-to-day operations of managing a portfolio of communities in the Homeowners Association/Condo Association industry.

Job Duties:
- Attend Board Meetings and Annual Meetings (occasional evening Board Meetings)
- Prepare Minutes of those meetings
- Problem-solving issues that arise at the property
- Supervise contractors and vendors
- Solicit and review bids
- Negotiate contracts
- Acting as the Board of Directors liaison
- Implement decisions of the Board of Directors
- Prepare annual budgets
- Financial management
- Other day-to-day management duties as needed

Job Qualifications:
- Preferred at least two (2) years in a Professional Management/Supervisory role
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to function in a fast-paced environment and work independently
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner
- Leadership skills (be able to lead a team of people under you)
- Oral and written communication skills
- Experience with MS Excel and Word
- Property Management experience is a plus but not necessary
