We are actively looking for Roof Inspectors (Outside Sales Representative) to join our team! Uncapped commission structure with current Inspectors earning between $150,000 and $250,000

You will be in customers' homes every day and will be responsible for understanding their needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and guiding them through the consultation process to ensure a seamless and delightful experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform multiple in-home roofing inspections and consultations every day
- Listen attentively to customers' requirements, preferences, and concerns to provide personalized solutions
- Provide superior service to delight customers and exceed their expectations
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and referrals
- In-home sales/home improvement sales beneficial but not required (roofing experience not required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients
- A keen sense of self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation and empathy
- Outgoing personality with a professional disposition
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Following established sales processes through to completion
- Must be comfortable walking on roof and getting in attics
- Must be comfortable carrying & climbing ladders
- Clean driving record, required
- Background check, required
- Technical knowledge of roofing is not necessary
- Flexible weekly schedule
- Evening and weekend availability (required)
- Uncapped commission structure with current consultants earning $150,000-$250,000
- No cold calling. Your leads are pre-set and pre-qualified.
