PMO Analyst/Business Analyst

Need an Excel GURU, someone proactive and who is able to work with shifting priorities in a fast paced environment.
Summary:
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in the following:
Business Analysis, Business Requirements, Workflows (Visio), User Requirements and has previous working experience within in an IT environment.
Ideal Candidate:
Is an exceptional Excel super user, someone who can take reports/spread sheets and data from multiple sources and analyze, assess, combine, compile, collate and create summaries/provide insight tailored for a senior audience. Must also be a PowerPoint guru who can create slides with accompanying summaries that are clear and succinct. Focused and confident, comfortable managing incoming and outgoing communications and being the “brand ambassador” for the office of the CIO.
Role Requirements:
- Strong Excel, PPT, Visio skills to build macros, presentations, and workflows
- Strong project management skills to ensure goals, timelines and expectations for deliverables are met.
- Ability to design and execute on building reports, and providing high level summaries to senior executives for insight, awareness and decision making
- Great communicator to write and develop monthly newsletters, blogs and other communication artifacts
- High organization skills to manage a group calendar and projects
- Self-starter who can take tasks from start to finish
- Excellent analytics skills and problem-solving skills- this is a must
- Strong management and organizational skills
- Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments
- Two or more years of experience in a Business Analyst role
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance, math or related field
