As a Roof Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in our growth and success by effectively providing roofing solutions to homeowners. You will be in customers' homes every day and will be responsible for understanding their needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and guiding them through the consultation process to ensure a seamless and delightful experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform multiple in-home roofing inspections and consultations every day
Listen attentively to customers' requirements, preferences, and concerns to provide personalized solutions
Provide superior service to delight customers and exceed their expectations
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and referrals
Qualifications
In-home sales/home improvement sales beneficial but not required (roofing experience not required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients
A keen sense of self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation and empathy
Outgoing personality with a professional disposition
Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Following established sales processes through to completion
Must be comfortable walking on roof and getting in attics
Must be comfortable carrying & climbing ladders
Clean driving record, required
Background check, required
Technical knowledge of roofing is not necessary
Schedule:
Flexible weekly schedule
Evening and weekend availability (required)
