Description
This position supports the Vertical Builders brand as well as the marketing and business development efforts for the company. The Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for the development, organization, production, quality control, and timely delivery of proposals, presentations, ad campaigns, neighborhood launches, S.E.O., and related marketing materials such as brochures, client handouts, company forecasts, and informative guides. The position involves research, technical and creative writing, and graphical support.
The Marketing Manager collaborates with the President, sales, selections, and architectural departments. Additional duties include coordinating special events, developing marketing collateral, graphic design support, photography support, award submissions, promotional materials, CRM database maintenance, and providing support for firm-wide marketing and business development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare presentation materials including writing, editing, and verifying proposal information, ensuring that presentation material is accurate, timely, and well-written
- Develop, and format all marketing materials to conform to and support brand standards and imaging
- Prepare and develop materials for developer and bank interviews, working with technical staff in a collaborative environment to script effective presentations and coaching presentation teams
- Support for all additional marketing-related functions (special events, trade shows / conferences, photography, etc)
- Create a marketing plan and propose marketing ideas that will help differentiate Vertical Builders from the competition
- Photograph homes during the various stages of construction to use for marketing purposes
- Conduct Matterport tours of all finished homes
- Film and edit- information videos for clients, testimonial videos, internal training videos
- Increase SEO
- Create and post social media ads
- Review and respond to social media comments
- Market neighborhoods prior to the grand opening
- Dissect demographic data and create ads to match
- Increase internal and external brand recognition and loyalty
- Analyze and interpret consumer behavior, adjusting ads and marketing where needed
- Collaborate with Sales team on content for social media ads, E-blast, blogs, home listings
- Coordinate with the Administrative Coordinator to organize and execute company events
- Write blogs for the website
- Update marketing materials as needed
Note- Many tasks to be performed by the Marketing Manager while others will be outsourced.
