Ayden Healthcare of Toledo/Oregon are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at Ayden Healthcare of Toledo/Oregon. As a OTA, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of quality rehabilitation services to our residents. Your role will be to implement the plan of treatment and collaborate with the Occupational Therapist to enhance the overall well-being of our residents.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program
• Current State Licensure as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with Net Health Therapy documentation

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Occupational Therapist to implement effective treatment plans.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance residents’ mobility and functional independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress in the daily treatment encounter.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize resident care.
