Description for the Job Role & Responsibilities

You will work closely with senior consultants and company leadership to envision a client’s future-state financial management software solution, identify areas for process improvement, and tailor a solution leveraging best-in-class commercial software. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a deep understanding of industry leading software platforms as well as gain a wealth of knowledge within public sector financial management. Working closely with management, individuals at this level learn system implementation best practices and develop consulting expertise while supporting business-led IT transformation initiatives. Typical activities performed include :

• Support the design and participate in the build and configuration of commercial software implementations for our customers.
• Participate in internal and client-facing discussions regarding the technical characteristics for an envisioned solution.
• Document end-user technology system requirements to implement a target solution. Exhibit quality writing skills to include deliverables, meeting minutes, and other internal and external products.
• Synthesize technical architecture, logical diagrams, and specifications into polished deliverables and artifacts.
• Perform basic project management functions around project deliverables.
• Demonstrate aptitude to learn and grow both in consulting and technically.
