Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Superintendent to oversee our hydronics projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydronic systems, project management, and team leadership. As an Area Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of hydronic systems, including boilers, pumps, piping, and control systems.
• Manage multiple hydronics projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and strict adherence to specifications and codes.
• Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and verify safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and comprehensive reports.
• Train, mentor, and guide project teams, ensuring they adhere to best practices and company standards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hydronics or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, commercial hydronic projects.
• Strong understanding of hydronic systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
