Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled VRF Manager to lead and manage all aspects of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems for our commercial and industrial projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in VRF design, installation, and troubleshooting, who can manage both project requirements and a dedicated team to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Lead VRF projects from planning through completion, ensuring goals align with budget, timeline, and client expectations.
- Technical Expertise : Provide in-depth technical oversight on VRF system design, installation, and quality assurance to meet VMG's high standards.
- Team Leadership : Train and mentor a team of technicians and engineers, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and growth.
- Vendor & Client Relations : Build strong relationships with VRF equipment vendors and act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
