This is a full-time on-site role as a Scheduling Coordinator located in Spokane, WA. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, handling phone calls with professionalism, and providing administrative assistance.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
- Phone Etiquette proficiency
- Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Administrative Assistance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of elevator services or construction industry is a plus but not needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
