Position Overview:
The Commercial Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients in the commercial roofing sector. This role involves overseeing roofing projects from initial contact through to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales goals. The account manager acts as the primary point of contact between the company and clients, while also coordinating with internal teams to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, and general contractors.
- Identify and pursue new commercial roofing sales opportunities.
- Conduct thorough roof inspections and provide expert recommendations.
- Create and present proposals that align with customer needs.
- Collaborate with our experienced production team to ensure project success.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, roofing systems, and competitive offerings.
- Run Company leads and generate revenue by selling insurance and retail roofing contracts.
- Self-Generate leads through a referral base, network prospecting, and door-to-door canvassing.
- Meet with Insurance Adjusters to represent homeowners and get roofs bought on-site.
- Manage time and productivity daily.
- Maintain accurate lead records and CRM Data for all opportunities.
- Able to guide property owners through the claims process from start to finish with little to no help, while understanding sales requirements.
- Correspond with customers throughout the process and monitor daily work crews complete during production.
- Meet with property owners to properly close out projects, including but not limited to obtaining a Certificate of Completion, signed warranty paperwork, and final payment collections.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial roofing sales.
- A strong network of industry contacts is a plus.
- Ability to generate and close high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive for success.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
