Position Overview:
Vertical Roofing is a fast growing company that is looking for a strong Sales Manager with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, having the ability to lead a team to success and optimizing sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Motivate – Coach and support our SWFL sales team, ensuring they hit and exceed their targets.
- Optimize & Streamline – Identify gaps in sales processes and implement strategies to increase efficiency across the region.
- Hit the Road – Travel across SWFL (40%) to provide hands-on support, meet with sales reps, and drive performance.
- Crush Sales Goals – Not just managing numbers, but leading by example in securing high-value deals.
- Strategize for Growth – Have a voice in refining our sales approach and building a high-performing team.
- Recruitment & Training – Take part in building the sales team and take lead on training new team members, ensuring they fit well into their position.
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly evaluation of the sales staff to either reduce, replace or add staff as business conditions dictate.
- Work with other departments in the office to ensure current policies and workflow are adhered to per company guidelines.
- Ensure team and individual quotas are met monthly and quarterly. Review each team member's pipelines on a regular basis.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
