Job Description
We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide ongoing administrative support for all talent acquisition related activities and processes. The TAC will support the Talent Acquisition Specialist in all aspects of the new employee hiring process including posting/closing jobs, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, maintaining our applicant tracking system and following through with candidates.
This is a full-time position with regular hours Monday-Friday. This position pays $24hr
Responsibilities
- Proactively network, source and establish relationships with diverse candidates for current and future needs; participate in activities such as job fairs and other outreach opportunities in our operating states while representing the organization in a professional manor at all times
- Build and maintain a continuous pipeline for operations roles (call center environment)
- Post & close positions online as directed by the Talent Acquisition Specialist or VP of HR.
- Source and screen for qualified candidates. Schedule interviews with Hiring Managers. Prepare offer letters & initiate the background/drug screening process.
- Complete post offer process (set start date, coordinate equipment delivery, etc.).
- Assist in college and trade school recruiting programs.
- Manage the internal employee candidate process, providing employee action letters to selection employees for role changes, transfers, promotions, and other administrative items as needed.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system, including closing requisitions, updating candidate records, inputting candidate data as necessary, etc.
- Assist in creating new job descriptions and maintain & update current job descriptions
- Maintain employee files as it pertains to the recruitment and onboarding process; conduct periodic file audits to remain compliant and consistent
- Conduct new hire surveys via phone. Communicate with new hires on their onboarding experience.
Required Skills
- 1 years of experience working within an HR or Recruiting team
- Experience with full cycle recruiting preferred, but not required
- Previous experience recruiting in an operations/call center environment is preferred, but not required
- Must be able to communicate efficiently and be able to work with a diverse population
- Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrate sound judgment, initiative and flexibility
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Proficient with office products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience using an applicant tracking system preferred, but not required
- Working knowledge of laws and regulations related to recruiting and compliance
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Education
High school Diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Additional Information
