Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Exercise Specialist, based in Bellevue, WA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Exercise Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized exercise programs, conducting group exercises, and providing cardiac rehabilitation. Additional tasks include monitoring exercise physiology, prescribing strength training routines, and ensuring clients meet their health and therapy goals.
Qualifications
- Experience with Group Exercise and Cardiac Rehabilitation
- Knowledge of Exercise Physiology and Exercise Prescription
- Proficiency in Strength Training
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
- Certification through ACSM, NSCA, or a related professional organization is a plus
