Full-Stack Engineer (Data / AI) – Fintech Startup

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with a Data / AI focus to join our fast-growing fintech startup. If you thrive in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment and love tackling data analytics and full-stack development challenges , we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do :

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications.
  • Integrate data analytics and machine learning models into our platform.
  • Optimize and enhance existing software for performance and scalability .
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Handle software updates, patches, and bug fixes.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing .
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI / ML and fintech innovations .

What You Bring :

  • 8 years experience as a Full-Stack Developer in a high-impact role.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Node.js, and Python .
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles .
  • Experience with databases, web servers, and UI / UX design .
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and data visualization tools .
  • Understanding of financial services, fintech platforms, and systems .
  • Proficiency with Git and version control tools .
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and analytically .
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
