Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Team Member/Party Host to join our team and create memorable experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and enforce all park rules in a personable and professional manner
- Interact with guests to ensure a fun and engaging party experience
- Manage party activities, games, and entertainment
- Checking guests in and out of the facility
- Provide exceptional guest services and address any concerns or conflicts that may arise
- Oversee food service and ensure guests' needs are met
- Maintain a clean and organized party area throughout the event
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Previous experience working with children is preferred
- Strong background in guest services and events management
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food service procedures
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
