Overview:
This is an opportunity to join an experienced team of real estate professionals focusing on
flipping, wholesaling, re-development and rental acquisitions. Combined we have closed over
1000 deals in the last 5 years and are now looking to expand our team.
We are seeking motivated individuals that are willing to put in the work. This is a full-time,
commission only job. Your efficiency and work ethic will be the main contributor to your success.
This position is what you make of it - there is the potential to earn six figures in your first year.

We are a full-service investment firm with a strong focus on wholesale real estate. We have a
multi-faceted approach to dispositions through our investor-buyers and various branches that
include fix-n-flip, buy and hold (rentals) and creative financing.
If you can think on your feet and are an assertive, self-directed, and goal-oriented person with
the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone, you may be a good fit for our company. We
are seeking to fill the position with someone who does not get intimidated, offended or
discouraged in the face of rejection. We are in need of someone who understands that the
"fortune is in the follow-up," is relentless with following up on leads, as well as someone who is
very skilled at handling objections, managing time, and prioritizing work.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Your main responsibility starting out will be to make meaningful connections with as many
investors, private lenders, and Real Estate professionals as possible. The ability to leverage
these connections in potential acquisitions will determine your success.
Your job: Find investors that are looking to purchase investment properties in the San Diego area. Set up meetings and find out the buying criteria of the investors. Build relationships. Sell properties. We will teach you all the skills and give you the tools to be successful.
Qualifications:
● Sales Experience is required
● Desire to be successful

● No real estate license is needed but it is a plus

● Local to San Diego, CA
● Real Estate Sales experience (Preferred)
Job Type:
● Full-time; Commission-only
Pay:
● Commission only with some of the best splits in the industry! Potential to make
$15k-$30k per month.

success. You will be learning the ins and outs of different kinds of Real Estate Investments, as
well as how to acquire and disposition them which is a lifelong skill.

● Typical start time: 9am with 8:30am meetings; Typical end time: 5-7pm
Salary : $100,000 - $200,000
