We are seeking motivated and coachable Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with buyers and investors, building strong relationships and facilitating real estate transactions. Responsibilities and Duties :
- Cold-call targeted investors using a system that identifies high-potential leads.
- Build and nurture relationships with buyers and investors.
- Conduct in-person property walkthroughs and showcase properties to buyers.
- Participate in sales meetings to review goals, share success stories, and strategize.
- Collaborate with managers to review your sales pipeline and identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain a professional and organized approach to prospecting and follow-up.
