About the Role :
As a Marketing Technologist, you will blend marketing strategy with technology to help us reach and support families during life's most difficult moments. You will manage digital tools, automate campaigns, and analyze performance to ensure our services reach those who need them most. This role will work closely with and support our Digital Marketing Manager by focusing on the technical aspects of HubSpot, including CRM management, marketing automation, integrations, and reporting.
What you'll do-
Marketing Automation :
Oversee HubSpot operations, including CRM management, marketing automation, and campaign workflows.Manage HubSpot integrations with third-party tools and ensure data consistency across systems.Paid Campaign Support :
Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in managing Google Ads campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.Track, analyze, and provide data insights to inform strategic adjustments to paid campaigns.Analytics and Reporting
Implement, manage, and track metrics to measure campaign performance.Create and maintain dashboards in Power BI, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.What you'll need to bring-
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).2 years of experience in marketing technology or digital marketing operations role.Proven expertise in HubSpot, including automation and third-party integrations.Experience managing Google Ads campaigns and PPC performance.Familiarity with website maintenance and SEO best practices.Why Join Us-
