What you’ll do
- Invoicing and Collections
- Review and track invoicing, ensuring accuracy for all client charges
- Maintain and create customer requested reporting
- Manage daily and monthly sales data (e.g., quarterly sales for donations, customer reports and bonus tracking)
- Monthly credit card and bank account reconciliations
- Support Syncro (software) cleanup and ticket charge reviews
What you’ll need
- AAS or BS/BA in finance, accounting business administration
- 2 years of financial and administrative roles
- Experience within a technology business is a plus!
- Bookkeeping experience needed
- MS Office proficiency
- Strong MS Excel skills is needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
