Account Manager

Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Finance
· Life and Health License
· 2 years’ experience in the financial industry preferred not required
· Effective communication with clients, advisors, and staff members
· Significant familiarity with financial markets and strong understanding of the advice process
· Keep an organized account of client needs and objective
· Ability to prioritize and work in a deadline-driven environment
· Effective and efficient time management
· CRM experience
Responsibilities:
· Respond to client account issues daily
· Assess client needs and recommend customized solutions to address those needs
· Analyze portfolios, review, and finalize construction of financial plans developed by our financial planning teams
· Assist Financial Advisors, Wealth Managers, Accountants, and Attorneys in new acquisition processes to maintain client relationships
· Rebalancing accounts
· Document CRM system with all client communications
· Help build and foster a client referral system
Salary:
· $55,000-$65,000
