Estate and Document Attorney
We are looking for an attorney to assist our Tax and Wealth Management teams with Estate Planning. You will be working directly with the client on a remote basis and will have direct contact with our clients and their other professionals (Financial Advisors, Tax Attorneys, CPAs, Accountants, and Health Care Agents).
This position is completely a remote position with Vertis Wealth.
Principle Duties
- Work with-in Vertis Wealth team of professionals.
- Create, Problem Solve, and Demonstrate with help from Vertis
- Used created documents from Vertis Wealth's outside council or create your own!
- Conduct client meetings while providing leadership to the client and Vertis Wealth employees
- Stay up-to date with latest State Laws.
- Can work with other Law Firms: Vertis Wealth will be a great referral source to expand your billable hours.
- WE GIVE YOU YOUR CLIENTS because THEY ARE ALREADY OUR CLIENTS!!!
Requirements
- Entry level attorneys accepted (Must have passed State Bar)
- Compensation: $100-150k Annual
- Uncapped earning potential.
- Receive an established book of business: 100 Households with Average Client Assets $1 Million to $10 Million
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Innovative and Creative
- Need to execute a proven presentation system
- Ability to lead groups and be decisive
- Time management and organization in order to meet KPI's
- Collaborative skills to accept and turn ideas into strategies with help of Tax, Business, and Financial Advisors.
- Bar licensed in Posted State
