Responsibilities
- Identify & work with stakeholders and key organizations to ensure program & project scope definition meets business objectives build and maintain relationships with each.
- Ensure adherence to project processes, procedures, methods, and standards for project delivery and leverage across the project.
- Create, prepare & maintain materials necessary to track status & progress.
- Communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis.
- Escalate program risks to the Markets Ops transformation lead and other senior management as appropriate.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices.
