Program Coordinator works with The Accident Recovery Program (ARP) which is responsible for coordinating cost recovery for damages property including vehicles. Reports to Supervisor duties include :
- Maintain shared spreadsheet of all permit compliance packages submitted by ARP contractors.
- Review & electronically approve contractor release forms for payment by insurance companies.
- Maintain shared spreadsheet of reimbursables submitted by the Highway Districts.
- Assign claims numbers & email initial notice(s) to insurance companies with documentation.
- Records funds recovered & forwards checks to Fiscal Department.
- Returns calls & emails to insurance companies regarding reimbursements.
- Provides administrative support to other ARP work assignments as required.
