Job Title: Building Projects CAD Systems Specialist (5095)

Location: Greer, SC 29651

Duration: Long-term Assignment

Travel: 5% or less offsite travel may be required to any North America locations

100% onsite during initial onboarding

Required Qualifications:

Education: BA/BS Degree in a technical field, preferably IT/Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Structural) OR 4 years of professional experience in an engineering/construction role.

Experience:

• 5 years of IT/Engineering experience in an industrial or construction environment.

• 5 years of experience with BIM software.

• 2 years of experience with LEAN methodology.

Position Purpose/Scope:

The Building Projects CAD Systems Specialist is responsible for creating, maintaining, and reviewing BIM drawings to support facility-related construction projects. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of real estate project documentation while implementing LEAN methodology within real estate projects. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with facility management and real estate development teams while supporting various construction projects across North America. • Manage design and as-built drawings/documentation.
• Review design/as-built drawings for accuracy and perform field verifications.
• Maintain drawing design standards in alignment with existing archives.
• Update and modify Real Estate Project Systems (e.g., KLUSA, SWOOP) data, coordinating with the Central PI department.
• Create, maintain, and modify drawings to consolidate work from multiple architect engineering firms and general contractors.
• Support the transition from 2D/3D drawings to BIM (Building Information Modeling).
• Oversee the transition of an internal database to an SAP REFX system,

Technical Skills:

• Advanced ability to read and understand engineering drawings across multiple disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong CAD experience (25% of job involves CAD drawing modifications).

• Experience with SAP REFX is a plus.

• Familiarity with 3D laser scanning and BIM software.

Nice to Have:

• German language skills.

• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM).

• Licenses & Certifications: Valid driver’s license required.
