Job Title : Events Marketing Specialist
Location : Fully Remote
Duration : 06 Months Contract with Possible Extension
Pay Range : $38- $40 Per hour on W2
Job Purpose :
We are seeking a dynamic and meticulous Events Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the planning, execution, and optimization of our Global Roadshows across various regions, including AMER, EMEA, and APJ. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful events that enhance engagement and drive pipeline growth. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring operational excellence and achieving marketing success.
Responsibilities :
- Program Planning and Execution : Work together with global marketing teams to organize and deliver high-impact events, both virtual and in-person, for prospects and existing customers. Launch and promote these events through multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid, social, organic, and email.
- Operational Support : Assist in creating Salesforce campaigns, building registration pages, managing budgets and contracts, and handling virtual event logistics, along with maintaining the marketing calendar.
- Team Collaboration and Communication : Serve as a key liaison between Global Programs and Regional Marketing teams to ensure strong internal communication and alignment, paving the way for program success.
- Project Management : Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop high-quality event assets, including email content, targeted offers, and promotional materials.
- Performance Reporting : Monitor and evaluate channel performance, event ROI, and overall marketing funnel health. Provide insights for continuous improvement and enhanced efficiency of events.
